Melissa Graduation
Melissa graduated on 04 May 2012 with her Bachelor's degree! Now she wants to go for her Masters!!!!

Mylinah
My granddaughter is here! Mylinah was born on April 18th around 7:10pm. What a night. They broke Valine's water about one o'clock, Missie and I got to the hospital (Orlando) a round 1:30. I was so afraid I was going to miss the birth! Valine could not take the pain so she got the epidoral and after awhile it caused her blood pressure to drop and the babies heart rate to drop. So, they gave her some kind of meds to bring every thing back up, Valine was shivering she was so cold. Again after awhile the same thing happened, by this time it is around five thirty. The Dr decided that they had to do an emergency c-section! Oh my gosh, my heart just stopped, Valine was so scarred and so was I. Nick was so cool and collect, thank God, because I think that calmed me down. Nick stayed with her during the c-section. Mylinah was having a heard time. After about an hour of holding my breath I heard the baby music playing over the hospital intercom, and I breathed! I knew she was born! We all kept watching Nicks mom, every time she got a text message. Finally she got the one we were all waiting for, Valine and Mylinah are fine!
Nick came out and we all went to the nursery to see Mylinah, she is so beautiful! I got to go in and see her. Next I went to see Valine and she said to me " Mom, she came out of me" ! LOL she ment because she looked so big to her verses being in her stomache.
Mylinah weighed 6 lbs 13 oz and was 19.25 inches long.
Missie and I stayed the night in a nearby hotel and spent the next day with them. I finally got to hold her and Missie gave Mylinah her first bath!
She is more beautiful with each passing day!
Dawn, Brian, Heather, Me, Missie, Angie, Robbe, Raechal, Robert, Sharon and Chelsea were all there to welcome Mylinah! Dan could not go because Emma, his grandmother, was just taken to the hospital, she was not feeling well.
I am in love with a 6lb 13oz, black eyed, black haired, little girl!

Matthew and Courtney's Wedding
Wow times fly's since my last post... Matt & Courtney got married on April 7th! We had it at our house, we had a blast. Sonny's BBQ catered it and we set the back yard up like a carnival. We had a snow cone machine, which the adults spited, and a dunk booth, face painting, a slip and slide for the kids and a game of kick ball! About 80 people showed up! They were married on the back porch and Clinton's wife Monique married them. Dan just had to shoot off a few rounds as soon as they were married!

And Baby B Makes Three!
Matthew and Courtney are expecting! They asked me to go with them for their first ultrasound. I am so glad I did! It was priceless! Courtney went in first while Matt, Courtney's mom and I waited. They finally called us in. I looked at the screed and wondered what the two blobs were. The lady said to Matt, what do you see? LOL he goes real solw.....TWINS?!?!.... Yep TWINS! I lost it, I was laughing so hard because we jinxd them! We were talking about twins before we went in the ultrasound room. Matt's mother has twin sisters and there are twins on Courtney's side.
Oh Boy! I am so excited, I will have three grand babies this year!!!!!!!!!

Brandon & Melissa Candow
I am in PA now visiting with Mom and Bud.
19 November 2011 Melissa became Mrs. Brandon Candow! Wow! What a great time we had. Mom, Bud, Michele and Jessica were there, we had a blast! We danced till we could not dance anymore! There were so many people there. It was at 5:30 pm and it was a beautiful evening. Perfect in every way. As soon as the photos come in I will post some here. Here is a preview.

Dad's Halloween Visit
Well my Dad came to visit and left 5 days later. We had a blast! Missie and Brandon had their annual Halloween party Saturday night and Monday night was trick or treating so we hooked the golf cart up to the trailer packed sat on coolers and road around the development giving out candy! Valine, Nick, Missie, Brandon, Clayton, Sarah, Dad, Xena, Dan and I. Had so much fun!
